Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

N/B I get a redirect to obc reader app which I have in my android phone but the book is not there yet I received a notification stating that the book has been made available for me in obc reader app. I can see other books but can not find the "one year, one night" by S.L. Roman even after filter search.

The instructions say that this particular book needs to be a Barnes and noble edition and that it is $3 but then the link is to purchase on Amazon and isn’t even the correct book so unsure how to do this one properly.
