I'm currently reading this and so far enjoy it. A couple areas are hard to follow- at chapter changes - but otherwise I like the mystery of the plot.

Teenage drug use in schools is a serious concern that affects not only the individual's health and well-being but also their academic performance, relationships, and overall future prospects. I wish school owners will think less of their reputation. Well written review . Well done.

The story 'Cruel Lessons,' speaks to so many important issues relating to children, drugs, parenting, peer pressure, community and corruption, to name a few. The death of the boys was sad, but important lessons were learnt. So many adult predators care less about who they hurt as long as they are benefited. Let us care for our children instead of using them to our ends.

Thank you for an insightful review. Although some lessons can be cruel, we must learn from them, hopefully not to our detriment. Congrats to the author on an entertaining yet educative book.

In "Cruel Lessons," four boys die in a car accident during a school trip, linked to a new drug tattoo. Assistant Superintendent Ken Park investigates the drug's source, uncovering a conspiracy that frames a compassionate teacher. This gripping novel explores the devastating effects of drug use in schools and is highly recommended for crime mystery enthusiasts, earning a 4 out of 5 stars. Thank you for a great review.

I find the context of this book doubtful, because the entire concept of the "tattoo that sticks to your skin and gives you a high" is quite questionable. I mean, are they temporary, and each new dose requires a new tattoo? What happens to an old one, and how must look like an addict if they are permanent?

I'm curious to know if Jennifer is innocent or not. How will Ken will be able to help her? But what is most intriguing for me is the fact that how Ken will be able to find out the truth about drug suppliers in the unfriendly zone of students, who will surely be incorporative.
Would love to read something unique.

A tattoo that makes you high? Now that's a very unique concept. I hope Ken can help Jennifer clear her name—that's if she's indeed innocent. I love crime mysteries, so I'll definitely check this book out.

In the modern times, children try to escape their realities. And drug use is very common. To write about this topic seems important. To focus that there is something morally wrong going on. Also the way the story is written in suspenseful manner it's a bonus.

The plot of this suspenseful read is important in today's society with young kids taking fatal drugs, unknowingly. I hope readers, specifically parents and their teens, read this book and learn about this serious topic that affects families. I cannot wait to get my hands on this book to follow along.

The premise of the book is quite interesting. There are different kinds of drugs and mediums to get high these days; a drug-tattoo made a very intriguing investigation case.
I also loved the background stories that were included, especially with Ken and Jennifer having a history.
However, I believe in books like these, plot twists are expected, but the book had a great and unexpected way of employing them. "Cruel Lessons" is the kind of book that would get you hooked to the last page.
