My favorite moment in "Quest: Finding Freddie" was the vividly described journey through the complexities of Nigerian politics and society. Thomas Richard Spradlin's narration made me feel as though I was walking the streets of Lagos alongside him. The rich, detailed recounting of his investigation and interactions with various local figures added a layer of authenticity and intrigue, making it a standout part of the narrative for me.

My favorite moment in the book was when the tout at the airport tried to approach him and he speaks pidgin English to throw him off. I literally laughed out at that moment and imagined the look of surprise the tout would have had as it is not accustomed to see a white man speaking pidgin English.
