A book like this works well with proper character development, and front the sample I read, I think this one nailed that part.

I don't think I would cope with Emma’s situation at the start of the book even before the accident. The psychological warfare that Lucy plays on Emma is excruciating. This is after everything Emma’s family have done for Lucy. Would I be able to leave the situation though? I don't know.

I’m not a huge fan of mystery novels, but your review makes me want to read the book! And based on what little I sampled, I do enjoy the authors writing style. Thanks!

The mystery behind Emma's accident seems to be tentalising. I wonder if her sister knows what happened and if the guilt she feels is not fair.

Great review! From your review and the book's sample, this seems like something that I would enjoy reading. It will be interesting to find out what happened in the accident and which cousin was driving.

Psychological thrillers are my favorite genre. Your enthusiasm for the book tells me it is a good bet that I would enjoy it, too. I read a few of the sample pages on Amazon, and I agree with you that Emma is a strong character. I guess she would have to be able to put up with her cousin Lucy. From the pages I read, the author's writing flowed easily, making you want to keep turning the pages. I immediately connected with the characters and felt I knew them from just a few pages into the sample pages. This book now resides on my to-read list; I can't wait to start reading it.

'Emma is involved in an accident that results in the deaths of three people. Eight years later, she is still haunted by guilt.'
I'll like to journey with Emma to get her memory back.

I’m looking forced to digging into this novel to find out Emma Gillen will be able to have her memory back and remember what really transpired years ago when she had the accident that killed several people.

Drawn from Life by Sarah P. Blanchard, this time this book is the #BOTD of the day. It is a psychological thriller that tells about an accident that occurred some time ago which could not be resolved. With a person who has trauma from what they experienced during the accident long ago. We seek to resolve the crime that occurred.

Emma's tenacity and the core of the compelling story are skillfully conveyed, as is the depth of the characters. The reviewer's passion and emotional investment in the narrative are evident, which heightens its appeal. Congrats on BOTD.

I fell in love with "Drawn from Life" for its depiction of a living entity with as much depth as its story and characters. It promises either a revelation or an inner peace to Emma in her quest to restore her memories.

'Official Review: Drawn from Life' by Sarah P. Blanchard discusses the story of the book at length. It sketches out the character of the female protagonist in the story. The book is a mesmerizing tale that shows how the tangent of one's life was changed as a result of an accident. Readers would understand the trauma that someone who survives an accident goes through. Also, they would learn how the psychological wounds heal. It was great to learn that this is a gripping mystery thriller!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller story following Emma, who is plagued by the guilt of surviving an accident which claimed the lives of three others. Will she figure out who is really at fault? It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I've never tried a psychological thriller story, this seems to be an interesting story with incredible plot twists. I would love to read the book and find out whether Emma was responsible for the death of the three people who did in the accident. Congratulations on being the BOTD.
