"E M P Honeymoon" by Dorothy May Mercer illustrates the extent of the U.S. military's technological sophistication. This is Tom and Kelly's first honeymoon. Kelly discovers a terrorist base on the Honduran island where she and Tom are honeymooning while Tom is gone on a cruise. This one act turns their entire vacation into a question. Cynthia dispatches two of her most skilled intelligence operatives to help with this task as Kelly and Tom investigate the mysteries behind this incident. At last, they encounter Steve—a CIA spy in disguise. Were these terrorist attacks prevented? Pick up this book to learn how things end up.

A unique feature of the novel emerges as it explores the viewpoint of the antagonist, offering readers an engrossing and provocative story. I like how the author describes the 2012 Sun Flare occurrence and includes images and links to more resources. I noticed a little error in this book, but it was still enjoyable, and the book was edited without flaws.

One thing about this book that I really enjoy is the communication. It only takes one torch on a mobile connection to start a calamity or save a life. About solar flares and the EMP, I learned so much. Plotting is May Mercer's forte; she primarily writes political, technological, and romantic stories. Kelly played a fantastic role. Throughout the entire story, she was a hero. The book's romance segment was passable and not overly sensual. There was no part of this book that I didn't like. It was a great book indeed.

I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 because it employs a third-person narrative in a wonderful literary manner. Because there were multiple people and events, the third-person narrative was a great choice. I recommend this book to people who like suspense-filled books.
