It looks like an action packed mystery thriller. I am interested in finding out how Nick rescues the girls and takes down the government assassin. However, I think i may skip it for now due to the graphic violence. Thank you for your review!

Thank you for another great review. It must be mesmerizing with violence and profanity in it and for you to see it is still a great book. From the sample I've read, the characters sounded very well-developed. Though I don't usually like stories where children are put in harm, I'm trusting they can get them out safely. After reading your review, I'm going to add it to my list of books to read.

First of all, well done on the review. The way you described what happened in the book and what you like makes me want to read it. But I have to read the first book in the series.

I love how one book can make a reader a fan of an author, it's happened to me twice this year already and as this book sounds right up my alley, this one could be # 3. Thanks for the awesome review.

Wow, I love investigative stories. Nick is such a character from the book and I know is about to get interesting when you go back again in the investigation of the disciples.

What an engaging review! James Meenagh’s *Death's Companion* sounds like a gripping crime thriller with a well-crafted storyline and dynamic characters. Nick Parker’s transition from a government assassin to a rogue hero adds an intriguing depth, and the suspenseful plot seems to keep readers on the edge of their seats. Despite the graphic content, it’s clear that the novel’s intensity and emotional moments make it hard to put down. Your enthusiasm for the book is contagious—I’m definitely adding it to my reading list!

I cannot wait to sink my teeth in this juicy, drama-action novel. Even though this is the second book in the series, it seems that the author craft each book as a standalone. With Nick Parker on the case no one is safe. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.
