I agree. When you look back at your younger self, you may have a different opinion on how best things would have been done to make a difference. I find the book appealing. Though I am older right now, I could still borrow some tips from the lessons in the book and help a young one make better decisions in all aspects of his/her life. Plus, I could still apply some principles borrowed from the book that would shape my career and other aspects in my life.

"Lessons to My Younger Self" is an inspiring and thought-provoking book by Nnenna Uboma. It is a self-help book consisting of dozens of short, real-world tips from the author. Uboma writes with passion and engagement, conveying deep life lessons about finding ourselves, perseverance and personal transformation. The way she addresses the subject and the real-life stories that follow behind it make this book one of my personal favorite self-help books as I found so many pieces from her life style to actually WORK for me. The book oozes sincerity in every chapter, relating the reflections of his self-exploration and challenges, which will prompt readers to contemplate their personal pathways and possibilities. By and large, the work of Uboma testifies to self-reflection and communal wisdom.

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad that you enjoyed the book. Even though I am several times older than the readers you suggested I also enjoyed reading the sample. She made great points in a few words. It was nice to see a short book saying so much. I have added this to my list of books to read.

Definitely not my cup of tea, because while I can see how helpful, some can find this guide to navigate their younger years. I am way too mature and experienced myself to consider the book interesting. Congratulations with BOTD!

This will be quite a helpful book for some of my nephews and nieces as they in the age range that can benefit from this. I wish there was something like this when I was a teenager/YA, maybe I would've made different choices but I guess if we didn't learn the hard way, who would then teach the young. Thanks for a great review. Congrats on BOTD.
