I cannot wait to read this self-introspective take on ones perspective of their childhood. Young people go through a lot in today's society. This book will be a great fit for those who are of high school age and up. Congrats to the author for having the BOTD.

“Lessons to My Younger Self” by Nnenna Uboma is a book about things she wishes she had known earlier in her life and as a result she would have done things differently. The book contains learnings that the author feels would have been very helpful when she was a young woman. She enhanced the lessons via illustrations on each page and I immediately thought of the adage “a picture is worth a thousand words”. Every reader should find lessons that will benefit them since she covered leadership, choosing a career path, public speaking, succeeding in the career chosen, passion, the value of laughter, arguments, anger, emotions, the internet and many more valuable lessons While the book was written for young people so that they do not make some of the mistakes Nnenna made, the lessons will also help parents guide their children, help people changing careers and older adults that need guidance for joining the internet world. I enjoyed the sample so much that I read the entire book and even though I am a senior I learned from her lessons, and I will share them with my grandchildren.

This book lessons to my younger self by Nneanna oboma, it's a mind intrigue book it has a very deep insight on career and goals. At first the introduction was layed dowm as a foundation to what the book entails and also gives purpose to what should be done at stages of determination. The combination of text and images made the book engaging and memorable. While I would have enjoyed more detailed backstories, I understand the importance of keeping it concise for the target audience.
