This faith-based guidebook seems to cover a number of marriage-related topics within the framework of the Bible. This is an ideal resource for Christian readers who are planning to marry, are already married, or have been married for a long time.

You wrote a very honest review in that you noted what you liked and disliked about the book. This book is too religious for me, so I think that I will pass on this one.

Non fiction, self-help books are not my cup of tea. But the notion of arguing like an adult is very interesting and I would like to find out more about it. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

As a reader I too feel that most marriages have neglected the truth to their detriment. Facing challenges that come along in their journey as a couple, married or engaged, is a must. Also, one has to understand that there will be many other changes as we age, physically and mentally. This book 'My Spouse, My Friend' by Ingiete Oyama is a recommendation for every spouse there. Nice review!

I believe that marriage is divinely ordained by God. When I read the book, I couldn't agree less with the things the author said. They may not be popular opinions, but they are true.

Seeing that marriage is an institution God put in place, it's right that we seek answers to marital problems from Him. Finances has been responsible for the failure of many marriages and it's good that the author addresses it. Thank you for your informative review.
