If you’re looking for books suitable for kids, “NICO” by Marlene Rattigan is a great choice. This relatable story teaches important morals like love, acceptance, and happiness, making it a wonderful addition to any child’s library. It’s a heartwarming read that imparts valuable life lessons.

Nico, a cheerful bird, loves to entertain audiences, especially Kim and her friends, with his singing, dancing, and whistling. However, things took a bad turn, impacting Nico’s character deeply. To find out how Nico regained his happiness and started entertaining even more, read this book. This book also introduces other amazing characters who played significant roles in Nico’s journey, some positively and some negatively. Discover the twists and turns that helped Nico find joy again and continue spreading happiness through his performances.

I appreciate how the author made this book kid-friendly and entertaining, using colorful images and simple English. I commend this approach. Nico’s character and abilities are delightful. Kim’s mother is another wonderful character. I admire her love for Kim and her role in Nico’s turnaround by granting Kim’s wish. That’s what a loving mother does for her child. The roles of the other amazing characters also add depth to the story. I find their roles amazing. The author also excelled in characterization, making each character memorable and significant. Overall, the book’s presentation and character development are commendable and engaging for children.

I absolutely loved this book! There was nothing to dislike about it. It was flawlessly edited, with not a single spelling or grammatical error that I could spot. It is truly a children’s book, incredibly relatable for kids, which makes it exceptional in every way.

I am giving this book 5 out of 5 stars. It is great for all the reasons I mentioned earlier and is perfect for kids who love reading short stories. I recommend it to them.

Can’t wait to read how Nico was able to regain his happiness. I find books like this worth reading. It’s okay to lose your Happiness, but what’s not okay is staying that way. Nice review.

I love children's books that pass on vital life lessons, and this one doesn't disappoint in this area. Love, acceptance, and happiness are important characters for children to adopt at an early age.
