This looks like great stuff. I appreciate the author's outlook on the critical nature of exceptional leadership and agree with his opinion that it takes a country to make a hero. Kudos to the author on his achievement and BOTD.

I agree. Responsible leaders can better a country's state of affairs. I'm pleased to see that the author is concerned about the youths and the future leadership in America. I will read the book to find out the tools and the tips that the author has penned down in his book to help the youths in America become better leaders in the future. Maybe youths in the other parts of the world can borrow a leadership leaf as well..... congratulations on being the BOTD.

Comprehensive and thoughtful review of Be the Weight Behind the Spear by Dr. Josh McConkie.

I'm glad to find that this book is inspiring and impactful. Dr. McConkie's passion for leadership and his dedication to improving America's future through responsible leadership are clearly resonant and inspiring.

I agree with feedback on the minor issue regarding the divorce mention. It’s valuable to know that despite this small point, you found the book’s overall content and message compelling and well-executed.

Your recommendation to readers, both within and outside America, reflects the book’s broader appeal and relevance.

I feel like the younger generations —at least a considerable part of them— are looking for a complete overhaul of the system. It's essential to listen to both sides and reach a leadership style that truly benefits all of us.

"Be The Weight Behind The Spear" by Josh McConkey is a book about real life events that are shared by the author who has worked in the emergency unit of the US Air Force. The author is very patriotic and passionate about making his country a better place.
The support that the author wants to be given is called the weight behind the spear with a hope that some impact could be made with this book. Nicely reviewed!

Thorough review!
He has worked in the emergency unit of the US Air Force, on the battlefield in Iran, and also in business, so he has experience with the system and people and can tell that the world is failing its future leaders. This support that he wants to be given is called the weight behind the spear. He, however, hopes that he can make some impact with this book.
I already thought the book’s title was great (and timely, with the Olympics going on) but the meaning behind it makes it even better. I also can’t help but look at “make some impact” as an unintentional pun (…or is it?) lol!

This book focuses on leadership in America and how to have a better country with responsible leaders in the future. It seeks to encourage Americans who care deeply about America's future and also to give reasons to those who don't. It is interesting to get a perspective from someone who has witnessed these stories.

Having the desire to make a place a better place is a selfless thing to do and everyone should have this desire because it would go a very long way in helping people around us.

Our young youths are the future so making sure they get leadership tools to be able to lead is a thoughtful thing to do.

I'm in love with the way the author highlighted the leadership aspect with so much passion.

I would really want to read the breakdown of this highlights..

Motivational books are not my cup of tea but the review is very enthusiastic. I believe every country, every community wants to have a good and responsible leader, so I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!
