Be the Weight Behind the Spear" by Josh McConkey focused on leadership and America's future. Author is very well experienced in US Air force and provide very good guidance for the young generation. Very interesting and thought-provoking book.

Reading this review along with the sample available on Amazon gets patriarchal readers intrigued and eventually compelling them into getting in the book world to explore. The background story intrigues the readers and keeps them engaged.

I do not lie or omit when I say that I really really like the idea of the book. Where leaders who are suppose to lead our country in future has proper training and education. It will boost the growth and future of country so immensely. I really support the idealogy of the author.
