We often tend to bad mouth public servants, calling them power-hungry, greedy, corrupt and whatnot. However, not all of them are like that. You did a wonderful job with the review.

This review sounds incredibly interesting! A career spanning 50 years in public service is truly impressive, and it's fascinating to hear about the author's experiences across various levels of government.

I'm particularly drawn to the author's work with the EPA and his international consulting roles. It sounds like he has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. The mention of humor and sarcasm in the book is unexpected but intriguing; it suggests a well-rounded and engaging narrative.

I find it very difficult to believe anything that is said (or written) by a career politician. Most of them tend to overinflated their accomplishments and gloss over any of their failures. I would rather let their records szpeak for themselves. Thanks!

I like autobiographies of characters who tend to have a very dynamic life. Perhaps the topics he mentions are not my style but I definitely find this book interesting. I may think about reading it later. Thanks for the review.

I would like to read a book that shares insights from people with years of experience. Also, curious to know about his travels; it sounded entertaining. The cover didn't really resonate with me, and I didn't take the time to check the description then. However, after reading your review, I am now interested in it. Thank you for your informative review Anu.
