It's sad to see some native plants and animal species go to extinction. Learning that there are people like Dr. John Wamsley who, at all costs, stay committed to protecting this species is incredible and motivating. Protecting their habitats seems like a daunting task since there are corrupt officials and constantly changing government regulations.
