"A Reckoning of Wolves" by Judy Higgins is a novel that begins with a trip Dr. Victor Lawson to Saudi. However, that journey will lead him to question everything he knew about human rights. The book is full of suspense and the mystery will be solved only at its end. There is a useful glossary at the end of the book.

Congrats on BOTD!
Stories with a mystery element are typically exciting. How was the "belief in human rights and freedom of expression enjoyed by American citizens" advanced by Dr. Victor? Did going to Saudi Arabia aid him in moving past the breakup?

Wow, your review really captures the essence of A Reckoning of Wolves. The way you describe the blend of themes and the edge-of-your-seat suspense has me convinced that this is a must-read for mystery lovers. I appreciate your note on the glossary too—sounds like a thoughtful addition by the author!

I keenly followed the story as I read the sample on Amazon. Books like this one brings unreal or imaginary scenes about Life into reality. One can tend to question how something so detailed though fictitious was able to pass through the mind of the author, and got to be penned down, for the sake of inspiration and to challenge readers to appreciate their comfort zones of freedom especially if there countries are not experiencing war or political wrangles.

It's seems to be a great book I must say. Kudos to the author. I look forward to reading it, God willing, to see how the story unfolds.

The review is on point. Thumbs up to the reviewer for the insight.

"A Reckoning of Wolves" is a mystery novel by Judy Higgins, where one's beliefs about human rights and freedom of speech are tested in a region where these rights are not the norm. The book will keep you on edge, and as you savor the pages, you may be wondering, is the mystery going to be solved this time?

Dr. Lawson's experiences in Saudi Arabia challenge his understanding of some concepts, highlighting the contrasts between American freedoms and the restrictions faced in other cultures. The novel appears to delve into the complexities of these issues, especially in a setting where such freedoms are not as readily enjoyed.

A great review, Mutai! I sampled the opening chapter with Dr. Lawson winging his way to Riyadh, and the Princess' wolf charm intrigued me. Your review has intrigued me even more, confirming the mystery to unfold and clues to be tied. Like you, I feel that this is a great read for mystery fans.

The cover of this book drew me in, as I thought it was a fantasy book about werewolves; however, after reading the sample pages, I am happy to dive into this mystery genre to see what the author has in store for us readers. Congratulations on BOTD.

Leaving town after a heartbreak must have seemed like a great idea to him, but I doubt it would help him get over Sandra. The plot is interesting and certainly has its uniqueness; a nice blend of heartbreak and mystery is always an exciting read.
