The book highlights the connection between the mind and body in athletic performance. While reading, I was hoping to see some illustrations of what the author was talking about. I was impressed when I came across some illustrations, which gave me a better understanding of the book. Although it came late, it was worth the wait.

I didn't see anything negative in this book; I loved every part of it. I also didn't encounter any errors in this book; it was perfectly well edited.
