Dallas Brennan's---Social Skills Success for adults book , is very intelligently written. One of my memorable parts will have to be the Techniques like the FORD method (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams)
I will forever remember that and use it to teach my two boys. I enjoy self help books and this one has hit home.
Social anxiety has always been a personal concern of my own even though I am a extrovert.
I still don't do well in silence.
I have learned in this book to take baby steps and watch my reactions when I'm in front of people and listen to my inter voice of my own critics.
Thanks to the book writer I will forever use the FORD analogy.
