I know this book is designed for young adults as they start to enter the world of careers and responsibilities, but I feel I need to read this even now. The author covers both the causes of social anxiety as well as providing practical steps to overcome it. Brilliant!

This book is very practical and helpful to its target demographic - young adults, struggling with social anxiety.
In the book, the author reveals the scientific details of anxiety disorders, suggesting mindfulness practices and cognitive-behavioral techniques to guide readers to retrain their brains and manage their anxiety symptoms.

Personal stories and examples from well-known figures like Emma Watson and Lady Gaga add a role model angle, which is inspirational. I recommend this book for its devoted advice.
Thank you for a focused review!

Hi @ Chinazo Anozie, I just read your comments on the official review of "Social Skills Success for Young Adults" and I agree this is a wonderful guide for young adults to use to improve their social skills and reduce anxiety when speaking to a group. Young adults that were forced to learn via Zoom during the pandemic missed a year of interacting with other students face-to-face. This is a must read for college students since it will help them fine tune their presentation skills and aid them with job interviews. @Mrlefty0706
