Enlightening and Expressive. Words can be enough to define the intelligent knowledge this book beholds.

Such a book as this would be an interesting read, I find it interesting that the author refers to things that seem to be negative as though they can become a force for good. And also the other way round.

The book seems to be an alternative source of information for comprehending the body and mind. The integration of science and religion to explore the topic offers new perspectives.

What an awesome review, Cara! I sampled the book, and I also liked how the author explains the natural anabolic state and the state of worrying. I have yet to reach the opinionated and self-deprecating moments, but, like you, I found the book enjoyable and inspirational.

"Four Keys to the Natural Anabolic State" by William G. Alston. An interesting book, talks about the human state of wellness. Worrying and how it gives stress and anxiety. Making our inner self to be discomfort. Our body response to both negative and positive energy that it reacts to whatever it's been given. Reading the book, stress comes in different ways depending on how the person thinks. This book is recommended to people who worry and think too much. Congrats on your #BOTD.

"Four Keys to the Natural Anabolic State" by William G. Alston seems interesting. I wonder what the argument of the author could be to drive home facts different from what I believe. I like your detailed review. Congrats to the author on BOTD.

"Four Keys to the Natural Anabolic State" by William G. Alston. The author talks about the natural state of body "worrying" which is caused due to the natural thinking by our body for predicting the possible outcomes of a situation i.e either success or failure of any situation in our life most importantly the important ones. But in this thinking we mainly focus on the negative outcomes the most this impacts our body and it creates a negative state of mind which the author talks mainly focuses on i.e worrying. Even though i haven't read the full book, i only read the samples of the book that was provided here and I really enjoyed it. The tone of the book is very attention catching even for new readers like me and the book is very helpful for people who have stress issues and are suffering due to the negative impact of it, not only this but the book explains the possible situations of life where this negative impact in life occurs and it also explains the way of dealing with such situations.
In all i would recommend this book to those people who are dealing with the negatives issues of life caused by such situations so that they can overcome their situations by dealing with it.

I find the book to be interesting allowing the reader to undergo some self-reflection. I would be interested to see how the author explains the idea of we humans having the tendency of deliberately changing our mind. How does he answer the Why?! Plus, I would love to know how our reaction to a stress dictates the type of stress we may experience. Good book it is.
