From reading "Frequmechanic Three," I grasp that the author, Isam T. Saleh, has proposed a novel framework called "Frequmechanics." This concept challenges conventional quantum mechanics by emphasizing the role of frequencies over the classical understanding of particles and waves. The philosophy behind this theory is that the universe and its phenomena are better understood through the lens of frequencies rather than the "fizzy" particle view offered by quantum mechanics.

The core idea revolves around the "cosmic flux," a theoretical medium that interacts with every object in the universe, characterized by two frequencies: one that "cuts" and another that "glues" the flux around objects. These frequencies are crucial in maintaining the continuity and universality of the cosmic flux. The theory also suggests that classical mechanics and quantum mechanics can be unified under a single framework using these concepts.

Frequmechanics is portrayed as a more comprehensive approach that could potentially replace classical Newtonian mechanics by providing a new perspective on how physical objects and forces interact on both macroscopic and microscopic levels. The author’s ideas are ambitious, aiming to simplify complex phenomena by reducing them to fundamental frequency interactions.

"Frequmechanic Three" has often lacked clear and concise explanations, making complex ideas difficult to grasp for me. The terminology introduced is sometimes confusing and not adequately defined, leading to ambiguity in understanding the core principles. The theoretical claims made throughout the book are not consistently supported by empirical evidence or mathematical rigor, which weakens the credibility of the proposed framework.

In addition, the organization of the content appeared disjointed at times, with ideas presented in a scattered manner without logical progression. This structure of the book makes it challenging for me to follow and connect different concepts effectively. I rate the book "Frequmechanic-Three" by Isam. T. Saleh 4 out of 5 stars.

I suggest the book to advanced students, researchers, and anyone in theoretical physics who enjoys exploring unconventional ideas and complex, abstract concepts.
