There are so many techniques and tips to learn about golf in "Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book" by Kalliope Barlis. For example, using properly fitted clubs can greatly maintain consistency in your game, and once you find a set that fits your swing, you should stick with it to develop stability in your performance. Barlis explains how professional golfers like Rory McIlroy adapt to new equipment, and this simple adjustment helps them play better. There's also something called the "Wheel of Golf," and Barlis explains that it is a tool you can use when you are setting and achieving your goals in golf. You can use it to evaluate your gameplay, set future targets, and balance your practice to improve consistently, and this will help you to visualize your progress and plan your training systematically. There are so many things in the book that I may not fully tackle in this brief review, and the above examples are just a snapshot of what you should expect.

I am a golf fan (not so much a fanatic, but I generally enjoy watching the game), and I appreciate the practical and accessible guidance that "Play Golf Better Faster: The Little Golf Bag Book" by Kalliope Barlis provides. I now have a better understanding of how the players play the game because of how well the book breaks down complex techniques into simple, easy-to-follow steps. I may not be a player, but I would readily recommend it to any player in a heartbeat. I think the structured practice methods will help those playing the game to focus and play more efficiently. I'm sure that once you read this book (if you are a player or are starting out), your practice sessions and games will be more productive. I don't see anything to criticize in the book, and I rate it 5 out of 5 stars. The book was exceptionally well edited.
