One realizes the value of life when it is threatened. And cancer as a disease can be heartbroken.i liked how the author describes his journey and gives some coping methods and as he is a survivor his methods serve as a guide for those suffering from it and for those who want to treat it.

The first part of the review got me emotional.
John Gore, who is a multiple time advanced -stage cancer survivor wrote The "Stage Fright" book using his journey.
I see John Gore as a courageous one who kept a positive attitude and accepted reality.

He also taught on doing so.
Having a supportive wife through this journey made things easy for him.

Can't wait to read further.
Nice Review!

Great review! This is a book that I need to read. A lot of family members have had cancer, and didn’t make it. I want to learn what to do in case the big “C” comes my way.

Anything involving diseases, especially potentially mortal ones, is most definitely not my cup of tea, because even with the best result, it is stories of suffering and tragedy that affect everyone in the family and friends of an ill person. Sorry and congrats anyway!
