Matthew Tysz writes a captivating science fiction novel titled We Are Voulhire: A New Arrival Under Great Skies. Fantasy is the basis for this work. The story follows the hardships of Glen Bray, a made-up figure. In the Land of the Princes, where four princes who aspire to absolute power have ruled for twenty years, there has been unrest and bloodshed. Everybody sought a means of leaving the Land of the Princes due to the battle that broke out there.

The story chronicles Galen's metamorphosis upon his arrival in Voulhire and his struggles to blend in with the Volkhiririan way of life and culture. He finally succeeds in navigating the complexity and riddles of his new environment with the help of Rowan, the executor of his late uncle. The writer introduces a great deal of new characters in this book. Among them is Meldorath, the magician who organized a coup to take over Hillport and is one of the most feared figures in Voluhire. Meldorath was imprisoned by the neutral and expansionist Voilhirian monarch Wilhelm Arcolo, who replaced him with a former judge by the name of Lord Eldus. How Galen's destiny becomes intertwined with the city of Voulhire is one of the more gripping plot lines in the book.

The scenery and customs of Voulhire are expertly portrayed in this novel, giving them a striking sense of realism. Galen is shown as a determined, flexible protagonist, and Lord Eldus personifies lawful goodness and a dedication to justice. This character's development is particularly noteworthy. While reading this book, I noticed that the author had a solid base for his approach to narration. I was able to visualize the character profiles' journeys while reading the book because of its narrative from the beginning. I like utilizing the outline as a help and a guide to help me paint rich pictures. This work was brilliantly described by Matthew Tysz. He gave this novel's heroes enough emotional nuance. I learned about bravery, perseverance, and grit from this book.

The book had nothing about it that was objectionable. The majority of the characters had their own points of view, which made the novel intriguing to read. I was able to comprehend how they perceived the environment they lived in, as it seemed like they were each sharing their own story. It was enjoyable to read, even though the book presented a variety of points of view. The stories were still connected. I give the book five out of five stars for its overall greatness. It was really professionally edited, since I discovered no mistakes while reading.

I suggest this book to those who enjoy fantasy and adventure in general. Young teenagers may be drawn to the book because of its unique word "Voulhire" and its interesting reference to "New Arrival" in the title. The book's cover and title do not appear clearly "adult." I should thus note that there are a few mildly suggestive scenes in the book. Similarly, there are relatively few, mild occurrences of swearing in the novel. Children should not read this book because of these incidents.
