I love the idea of using scientifically proven methods like the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks, and the way the author weaves in personal experience sounds both relatable and comforting. The short length and practical exercises make it seem even more accessible.

I am quite proud in my own ability of "prioritising tasks and sorting out the rest" and in practical and methodical ways, so I certainly would like to check this book for some additional advice. Also, I have a co-worker for whom this guide is vital even though he will believe such a gift ironic) Thanks and congrats!

My frustration with the internet lies in how easily it consumes our time with things we won’t even remember 24 hours later—proof of their insignificance, yet they demand so much of our attention. I once opened Instagram to check out a few things, and before I knew it, an hour had passed, and I hadn’t even gotten to the content I initially intended to view. This creates unnecessary noise and stress, distracting us from what truly matters for personal growth and well-being. I appreciate that the author emphasizes mindfulness and offers practical exercises to help reduce stress and live a more balanced life. Thank you for the short yet precise review. Congratulations to the author on being selected for the Book of the Day.
