How do you place your books on your shelf?
I see people that have their books placed on the shelf horizontally so they have more room for books. I get that but I find it kind of messy so I place mine vertically on my shelf. I find it easier to organize and it doesn't look cluttered.

Why horizontally? Does it really save space, or is there some other reason?sadya wrote:Most of mine are placed horizontal, just a few vertical. I'm surprised to read many people in this thread so far have placed theirs in a vertical position. Interesting.
