Right in the introduction, I see how motivated Lola is in her goal to make a difference in the life of each student a teacher is entrusted with. She sees all the challenges as opportunities. The index gives a promising preview of what to expect from the book, with an entire chapter dedicated to self-care. Adding this one to my reading list. You have provided an amazing summary of the book. Thanks.

The book sounds very practical. I'm an educator myself and see the benefits of this book. Education is really "AN ART" that should be honed and perfected every single day. I especially like that this book shows how to equip yourself with low-tech, high-result tools that empower students with critical soft skills for real-world challenges. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Today's BOTD reminds me of these words by Henry Adams: "A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops." The impact of a teacher on his students is far reaching and it requires special abilities and skills to be able to be able to meet the physical, emotional and psychological needs of each student. This book makes this task easy and attainable. It is certainly a must-read for me. Thank you for this amazing review.
