Today I put a pot roast in the crock pot and made mashed potatoes. It is a dreary day and comfort food is making the house smell delicious

Today I made an egg sandwich. I know it is not much, but it sure was delicious! I like putting loads of on mustard on it. If I am feeling fancy I add red onion 🧅 ❤️

I made peanut butter blossoms, my favorite Christmas cookie. They are peanut butter cookies with a Hershey kiss on top.

That sounds so delicious! I love cookies and peanut butter and chocolate. It's an addictive combination.

Not today but I made Shepherd's pie for my family on Christmas. We still have left overs and that is what we have been partaking of ever since! It is very delicious, if I do say so myself!

prepared and ate lettuce in a different way today, not as a salad vegetable. Heat oil in your pot or saucepan, cut onions and tomatoes, then bring it to a boil. While waiting for it to cook, cut your lettuce vegetable just like any other vegetable after washing it. Once the tomato has cooked, adjust your stove to low temperature and then add your lettuce while stirring. Do not overcook; remove from the cooker and cover your pot or saucepan. then serve.
