I have heard that certain people have read the bible from start to finish, but I never thought that someone could summarize it to make it easier to understand. This book is truly a rare gem, and I look forward to it. This is undoubtedly an excellent recommendation for Christians. Congratulations on BOTD.

I commend the author for making the reading the Bible easier for Christians or anyone who finds it hard to appreciate what it wants to convey. This book is for those who believe in God and His purpose in sacrificing His only son Jesus to save mankind.

In this book, the author summarized the Old and New Testament, making the Bible more accessible and easy to understand. I wonder why is that the title, tho. As a non-Christian, I will not read this book. Thank you for such a thoughtful review.

'Official Review: The History of Jesus: The Bible in a Nutshell' by William Davis outlines the main contents of the non-fiction book. It focuses on the essence of the author's work. The author has summarized the Bible's Old and New Testaments with clear and concise explanations. The book seems like a story, not a sermon. We will learn how Jesus viewed money and why God sent His only son to die for our sins instead of an angel. Finally, we realize more than faith is needed to live a Christian life and gain salvation!

This book is for Christians who read the bible and believe all of what was taught to them in school. I am a Christian, but as I got older, I started to question everything in the bible and what I was taught in Catholic school, so I will pass on this one.

The book takes an alternative approach to understanding the Bible, concentrating on chronology and genealogy. It aims to simplify reading the Bible to encourage more people to read it.

Todays BOTD is The History of Jesus: The Bible in a Nutshell" by William Davis. To all the Christians out there, this book is a good read especially to those who want a better understanding of the Bible .This book did a good job of explaining both the old and New Testament, It was broken down into simpler terms and was done in a manner which gave a clearer understanding of what the Bible is talking about.I really did enjoy this review.
Thank you William.

Thank you for another great review! I am guilty of not reading the Bible a lot either. Personally, I like the children's sermons the best. I did like how he explained things simply, and also that it wasn't preachy. I have added it to my list of books to read. Glad that you enjoyed it.
