Detox Your Circle, Activate Your Destiny, written by Ernest Sears Jr., is a nonfiction book that helps an individual overcome the red flags in their life.

Did you know that doubting others is a red flag? If you didn't know and want to know the reason for doubting someone being a red flag, then this is the book for you. The book shares red flags in our lives that we often overlook but have a profound impact on our lives. The first red flag discussed in this book was apathy. It mentioned how a lack of enthusiasm can be a deterrent to success. Each chapter is structured in such a way that the chapter begins with symptoms and antidotes for whatever red flag is being discussed. 

One of my favourite chapters was "Red Flag of Blame." This chapter dealt with the blame game that an individual plays when they do not take responsibility for their actions. This can lead to adverse effects. It was interesting to read how the blame game develops in an individual and how it grows. 

Another one of the best chapters in this book was "Red Flag of Unresolved Baggage." It had an emotional impact on me as I could relate to many things said in the book. The unresolved baggage, its causes, and its manifestations in one's life have all been shown through the chapter. The author even included his real-life problems as well. 

I give this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I decided to give a full-star rating, as the book had no negatives to be mentioned. It was interesting, educational, and had the power to help an individual in their personal growth. The book also had very few errors, thus showing that it was professionally edited. 

This book is suited to anyone who wants to bring a change in their lives. It is simple but an effective book on the red flags. An individual can use the suggestions mentioned in the book to improve their lives. They can also be used to detect the red flags within oneself and within their close circle and detox them. The book is also useful for team leaders as it helps to create a toxicity-free atmosphere in the workplace.
