I just started Tale of the Body Thief by Anne Rice. Not sure if I'm going to like it since the setting is so modern! Anyone know if it's worth it?

Just finished up two books.
Beige by Cecil Castellucci and
Catching Fire, sequal to the Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins.
Both are amazing books, I suggest anyone to check them out. The Hunger Games is my favorite series of all time.

Tale of the Body Thief was interesting to me because I was amused by the idea of Lestat trying to cope in modern times. However, it gets a little bit dry towards the end, and in my opinion it was one of the weakest in the series. It is worth it if you enjoy watching Lestat squirm, for sure.

Right now, I'm finishing up Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.

Getting ready to finish up "The Lightning Thief" by Rick Riordan. It's an ok book...not as good as Potter, though.

Just finished Laura Moriarty's new book, While I'm Falling. She's from Lawrence, KS, and this is her third book about women, daughters, and their relationships. A good read as always. Then I started a new mystery series by Quintin Jardine, featuring protagonist Primavera Blackstone, ex-wife of detective Oz Blackstone called Inhuman Remains. (Jardine is often listed as a readalike author for Ian Rankin.) It took place in Spain and was really good! Now I'm reading Richard Russo's That Old Cape Magic and am enjoying it too!
