Thank you for your review. I sampled the book. Connecting your subconscious mind is an interesting subject. Can we train ourselves to use more of our brain cells? The author shows how this can be a good thing for some, especially for people who need help with addictions. Congrats to the author on his #BOTD.

It's a very interesting topic, but can the subconscious mind only be discovered by hypnosis? I guess I'll need to read the book to find out.

The tenets of "Visible Consciousness" are undoubtedly thought-provoking. Who wouldn't want to unveil the powers within their subconscious? I am all for more personal growth and more self-awareness. I'll have to read to find out more. Thanks for a detailed review.

It is kind of amazing to know that we can just tap into our subconscious mind's power be potentially invincible. Normally i don't think that every one is aware of their subconscious mind, and this book can help unlock that door and have full access to our deepest part of brain. A good read to understand the working of our mind.

The concept of connecting with a named visible subconscious is really intriguing. I’m especially drawn to the personal stories, like Laura’s, that show real transformation. It seems like a practical guide for anyone looking to explore their subconscious and grow. Definitely a unique approach to self-discovery! Great review

Thank you for your informational review. I'm glad you enjoyed the book. While I used to enjoy thinking about what makes people "tick", I don't believe this is a book for me now. I hope many others will enjoy it since it is written and edited so well.

I do not know what to feel about "The Visible Subconscious" by Ponz Manantan, considering I have conflicting opinions on some aspects of the book I read in this review.
If the book is about unlocking the deepest part of our mind, offering a transformative and therapeutic journey into the depths of the human mind, and unveiling profound powers that lie within the human subconscious, then why does this other statement in the review and I quote: "Are you ready to discover and become attuned to a being that is you but also not you at the same time?" imply a Split Personality disorder?

Other assertions in the review that reemphasize Split Personalities are story accounts of the characters, for instance, Laura, who has a visible conscious called Joseph.

No offense intended, but I think I'll pass reading the book.
