This is not something that I would read. I don't particularly want to delve into my subconscious, as I dont want to awake something that should stay dormant. As I'm sure a lot of positive can emerge from tapping into the subconscious, I'm pretty sure there can be negative aspects too. Thanks for a detailed review. Congrats on BOTD.

I love books that talk about personal development, and "The Visible Subconscious" seems very therapeutic and enlightening on personal development. I am really interested in learning how I could harness the power of the subconscious mind. Congratulations on BOTD!

Personal experience and case studies are powerful conveyors of information. It sounds a bit weird to give your visible subconscious a name, but I'm sure the logic will be revealed in the book. Thank you for your informative review.

Definitely not my cup of tea, because from the description provided, the book to my ears sounds like specialized literature intended for psychologists and psychiatrists. Maybe I am mistaken, but it looks way too sophisticated and perhaps simply my lack of interest in the subject makes it so.

This book presents an intriguing concept of merging self-awareness with the subconscious through visualization and introspection. The idea of naming one's subconscious as a distinct entity—like Laura's Joseph or Ethan's Blue—seems to foster a deeper connection, allowing individuals to confront personal challenges in a more tangible way. Nice review.

I don't like self-help/nonfiction books, so I don't think I will be the ideal audience to fully appreciate The Visible Subconscious by Ponz Manantan. I'm also not comfortable with hypnotism, so I'll skip this book.

The visible subconscious by Ponz Manantan gives an insight on how it would feel like exploring your subconscious mind in harmony. I've added it in my must read.
