At first, this sounded like a deeply scientific book but as I read along, I began to relate to the ideas discussed in this book thanks to the author's engaging language.
The mind adapts and converts to its own purposes the obstacle to our acting. The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way. - Marcus Aurelius

I'm eager to explore the hidden potential of our minds and tap into its inner strength. How can we uncover and harness the mind's unseen powers to unlock our full potential? Congrats on BOTD!

Thank you for your thoughtful review of The Visible Subconscious by Ponz Mananta. I'm happy the hypnosis explanation was understandable to you. I have always been interested in hypnosis to access my subconscious mind to understand why I am the way I am, and most importantly, heal my inner child. Thus reading your review encourages me to dive into this book.

In addition to providing readers with information, the author managed to craft an emotionally engaging story. Fostering understanding requires simplifying difficult ideas, and it’s good to know that the author made the process more clear. It's also great to know that you found the touching individual events described in the book to be relatable. Your description of the tone as “feathering velvet” is beautiful! It’s evident that the author aimed for an empathetic and calming narrative style, blending humor and curiosity to enhance the reading experience.

The idea of naming one’s visible subconscious is indeed a powerful tool for connection. I can’t wait to find out more because I am interested in personal development, psychology, and self-awareness. Thank you for your detailed review.

Hi @Yasmine ZM, I just read your comments on the official review of "The Visible Subconscious" and I agree that there are some very eye openings findings and it reminded me of the psychology courses I took in college. The question you raised about giving one's subconscious a name puzzled me since the author stated that with a name it is easier to summon one's subconscious mind. I need to test this theory. @Mrlefty0706
