A book that helps us to let go of non-working beliefs and live a conscious life sounds empowering.

This review of “You Made It Up, So Stop Believing It” is interesting and informative. The reviewer does a good job of summarizing the book, and the book’s processes. I appreciate the use of personal stories and case studies to increase understanding on such a deep subject. A journey of self discovery that can help people release past trauma, makes this book worth reading for me.

I believe that genes aren’t the only factor shaping a person’s characteristics; intrinsic traits also begin forming in the womb during the early months of pregnancy. These traits are influenced by the mother’s psychology, emotions, and behavior. In essence, every child is born with unique characteristics. Additionally, I’d say that the time and date of birth also play a role—perhaps there’s even an astrological connection!
I’m fascinated by topics around the subconscious and its relationship to the body, mind, and soul. Body Memory Process sounds like an intriguing approach that I need to explore further. This book is a must-read.
Thank you for such an enlightening review!

"You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It" reveals the profound impact of our words, beliefs, and experiences - even pre-birth - on our lives. It is nice to discover how early vows, rooted in childhood events, shape anxiety, self-esteem, expectations, and life trajectory. The book empowers readers to heal from traumatic experiences and embrace conscious living. Great review!

It is so damaging holding on toxic thoughts from childhood and now as a matured individual you have to heal and start afresh "You made it up,now stop below it" leads to a personal acceptance forgiving oneself and facing all life aspects in a positive way. This gives chances of these problems not to occur on the next precious generation as we have a new eyesight on Life , emotions, fears and even scars that we have and we try our best to use them to make something Beautiful out of them.

Our beliefs form us in one way or the other,The BOTD talks about some of the things that shape our lives ,the things we promise ourselves in childhood both positive and negative can shape our present. I like that the author helps us understand that there's no one to blame so we can focus on ourselves inorder to find healing. The book is written in an easy to read language and is easy to relate with because the author had used her own stories and other illustration's. All in all a great read for self healing, self awareness and those working through mild traumas .

Great title. I love how the book gives responsibility to the individual. It is powerful for people to be able to read their bodies and learn how it is linked to our emotions.

This book presents a novel viewpoint on how memories are stored in our bodies and how they can impact our lives today. Simply said, vows are promises—positive or negative—that we make to ourselves in reaction to a distressing event. Congrats on BOTD.

This is a topic that often appears for me during my therapy sessions, I was skeptical of it from the beginning but as I read more and more on this topic it's starting to make perfect sense. Like the reviewer said the book really provides a clear understanding of the energy and body connection, that's very convincing. I had already decided I wanted to read the book by half of this review, specially because according to the critic the book is easy to read.

"You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It" by Kathi Sohn is a comprehensive self-help guide. The focus of the book is on the point of view that the human body stores memories, and it is these memories that can affect the current life.
