Reading this review has piqued my interest in the book. I love the narrative about past vows and the effect it holds on our future goals. I just know I'll have to dive into this self-help book as soon as possible.

The guidebook appears to provide an alternative approach for healing and self-discovery. It examines how our early experiences shape our perceptions and conditioning. For those seeking a different take on self-help and self-awareness, the book seems to be ideal.

I agree with the author, Kathi Sohn, that one can heal from traumatic experiences that happened in the past if such a person is willing to take the necessary actions. Thanks for an interesting review.

"You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It" by Kathi Sohn is a transformative self-help guide. It reveals how childhood vows and memories shape our lives and provides a powerful tool, the "Body Memory Process," to release emotional and physical pain. Accessible, engaging, and empowering. (5/5 stars)

Our past can indeed impact our present and future immensely. While there are things that we might not be able to change, we can adjust our mindset and perhaps pave the way for a more fulfilling life. "You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It" might be the self-help guide to get us on our way. It includes case studies that provide real-life examples and the writer's personal experience, making it more relatable and practical. Thank you for an enjoyable review. I'm happy the book is easy to read and has these unique features.

Our childhood memories shape our adult lives. This book is insightful and empowering. I appreciate the author usepersonal stories and exercises that are relatable. This might be a very useful tool for understanding the body memory awareness to improve personal growth and healing. I don't like reading someone's childhood trauma. And I have forgotten most of my childhood. So I prefer to skip this one. Thank you for a nice review.

I’m really curious about the “vows” in childhood the author is referring to and how these affect a person’s whole life journey so I’m looking forward to digging in to this book to know and be enlightened.

The powerful mind that can make memories even when we were babies. The traumatic experience that makes or shapes our lives. We are the one who sabotage ourselves putting barriers from the experiences lived. Interesting book.

'Official Review: You Made it Up, Now Stop Believing it' by Kathi Sohn presents the noteworthy aspects of the author's work. The merits of the book shine through the words of the review. The non-fiction book discusses how and why our birth, beliefs, and experiences, even before birth can greatly affect all areas of life. It contains a lesson on taking personal responsibility for the limitations we have experienced in our lives. Also, it offers a unique perspective on how our bodies store memories and how those memories can affect our lives in the present. It was great to learn that the guide will greatly benefit anyone on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and self-awareness!

Today's book hashtag#freebook hashtag#BOTD offers a refreshing look at self-limiting beliefs and how they shape our lives. The author (Kathi Sohn) effectively encouraged readers to recognize and challenge unhelpful narratives they’ve unconsciously created, promoting personal freedom and empowerment. It’s a straightforward, motivating read for anyone seeking personal growth.

I had not read the concept of vows before in books of this type. The idea that our bodies store memories and how these can affect our lives in the present is interesting. I think this guide may be useful for self-discovery.

Thank you for the insightful review. However, I am sceptical about a phrase in your introductory sentence, "Do you know that your words, beliefs, and experiences, even before birth, can greatly affect all areas of your life?" "...Before birth?" What kind of beliefs or experiences can one have before birth?
Back to the #BOTD. Anyways, "You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It" by Kathi Sohn is a must-read for anyone on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and self-awareness.
The author, through this comprehensive self-help guide, offers a unique perspective on how our bodies store memories and how these memories can affect our lives in the present. You want to learn more, grab a copy and dig in!
