I went in to this book expecting some helpful tips, but honestly this book hit me on a deep level. That was surprisingly so healing because it helped me connect to my inner child in a way I never had before.

I like it that this book also enables readers to take the journey towards self discovery, which is the first step towards healing from some of the experiences they may have undergone.

The Body Memory Process?!, I haven't heard of this theory before and I'm trying to grasp the whole context of it as it is a theory I would love to give a try. Can one truly release and let go of painful memories and thoughts by just observing the body? Congratulations on BOTD!!

First of all, I didn't know our bodies could keep a memory. I can't even get my conscious mind to remember things most days. But the author says that different problems can cause pain problems in different parts of the body. And when a massage therapist massages those different areas, he might notice the patient will start to talk about the same subject every time. The author says the body is a reflection of the subconscious mind, that scary part of the brain that has stored all our childhood traumas and still holds on tenaciously to all the vows or promises that we made back then. Interesting. And the review was excellent too. I'm sure I'll finish reading this one.

I find it fascinating that the book explains how memories we aren't even consciously aware of can impact our present lives. The concept that vows formed from early experiences could be affecting our decisions and mindset is eye-opening. It really makes me wonder what subconscious promises I might be holding on to.

I agree vows can limit and prevent us from living our lives to the fullest since our bodies are good at storing memories; thus, forgetting those will be difficult, which ends up affecting our lives. I enjoy reading self-help guidebooks, and I have to look at this one. Congratulations on BOTD!

“You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It” by Kathi Sohn majorly talks about how our mind and brain can influence our future and things around us by certain resolves and decisions we making as we experience things. A good book. Congratulations on being BOTD.

I like these kind of unique approaches to healing, and the fact of the body making promises to stay out of danger, definitely picks up my attention. Good review!

The author traces back to the origin of one's feelings of anxiety and low self-esteem. Kathi Sohn believes that at an early age, based on their experience, individuals make positive or negative vows that can later manifest in ways like anxiety and low self-esteem. The author guides the readers on how to break out of those vows.

This is a very wonderful book by Kathi Sohn—truly exceptional! It offers a unique perspective on how our bodies store memories and how these memories can affect our lives in the present. It addresses things we’ve made up that we need to stop believing! I really appreciate this book, and huge congrats on being Book of the Day!

This is a very awesome book by kathi sohn-truly magnificent. It traces back the origins of our limitations in life causing us to live average lives without ourselves even been conscious of it.
It guides us on how we can overcome this and live an extraordinary life the life that we were meant to live and how living consciously is a powerful way to live and create the life and create what we want .
I liked the practical experience from the author that he shared about his difficult at birth and how his healing has led him
to now consider himself a wounded healer.
I recommend it to everyone who is not happy with current status of there life and would like to make improvement.

According to the book's title, I don't think it is easy to give up on the pledges you made yourself as a kid. These things, in my opinion, are necessary to keep propelling us to become awesome people.
