Are you aware that each of us has lived other past lives? Do you also know that, in those past lives, we have had common stories, now long forgotten, that interconnect us all? How profound an awakening can it be to remember such stories when living our everyday lives and fulfilling our destiny? Living Through The Mist of The Soulslonging by Brad Leslie does just that — it reveals to us those long-forgotten stories through the author's life story and spiritual journey.

Giving us a glimpse of the author's earlier life, this story (which is part memoir, part spiritual book) truly begins when the author starts having mystical experiences and a series of awakenings. We accompany Brad Leslie, who is a healer, a medium, and a businessman, as he sets on a journey to dig deeper to uncover these lost stories. This journey involves travels to prominent spiritual destinations and developing relationships with different entities like Jacob, Rachel, and Santa Maria — who also act as his guides and sources of various revelations.

There were several things I liked about this book. First, I liked the author's honesty when sharing his personal life. Readers get to experience with him even the conflict he had at times, and this vulnerability ensured a connection not only between him and me but also with his stories. Second, I liked the adventure that the author's travels to various spiritually significant places gave me. The history and revelations behind those legendary spiritual figures were both stimulating and informative. Third, I also liked the author's dialogues with the legendary spiritual entities, as they evoked a certain kind of surreal feeling in me.

What I liked most about this book were the various inspiring revelations it contained. The revelations of some lost stories bared fundamental truths that resonated with me deeply, leaving me inspired, full of hope, and fearless in facing my everyday life.

All in all, I didn't find anything to dislike about this book. I only found a few errors, which couldn't influence my final rating. Therefore, I am glad to give Living Through The Mist of The Soulslonging by Brad Leslie five out of five stars. The above-mentioned positives and the fact that I had nothing to dislike about it explain my highest rating.

I recommend this book to open-minded readers who like memoirs and spiritual books. I can't say this book is best suited for people of a particular religion only, as any spiritual persons can enjoy it.

Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen
