Adolescence is another phase of life, and if not handled well as a parent, it can be a problem later in the future.

Guides like this are an essential tool for teenagers and upcoming youths so as not to forfeit their young and tender ages
It was a great review though.

Great review! 'Shine' sounds like an empowering resource for teenage girls. I agree that images and a shorter length would enhance engagement. Practical tools like diaries and self-portraits are excellent suggestions. Thanks for the insightful review

It is important to try and understand the mindset of teenagers. Any tools helping with this, should be considered. I like the suggestion of using diaries, writing down feelings and emotions can help see things more clearly. As for the boredom setting in when the book is too lengthy, it's a pity if this would take away from getting the message as it is meant.

I wish writers could write more books like these. Books that inspire and help the female gender. Thanks for this!
