I like the fun nature of this book. Of course I wanna follow Gertie as she navigates her life and tries to make it big. I also like that it's written like journal entries, that adds a personal touch. Her fun but somehow naive personality makes for a interesting, albeit frustrating read. I'd like to see how all the 8 stories in the book intertwine.
