I've read many self-help books over the years, and most seem full of information but a bit dry. I finally got to the point where I just quit getting them, thinking they would all be the same anyway. Thanks to your review, I may give this one a try. It sounds as if the book is relatable while still being informative.

Well, I believe the root cause of all mental issues is the mentality of the person. Instead of keeping the issue a secret, those experiencing these issues need to visit a a professional to get help. This seems to be a great self-help book.
Thanks for the engaging review!
