I am really looking forward to reading this. As someone who suffers from anxiety and depression, I would love to learn more coping skills to be able to handle the emotions that sometimes take over my life. This books sounds like it would be so beneficial in a number of ways. There is a long history of both anxiety and depression on both sides of family. I can see this book being helpful to many of my family members.

Judging from this statistics, 'the average annual medical cost for individuals diagnosed with any anxiety disorder was estimated at $6,475 in 2005,' this book will save us a lot of money. I'll like to read it.

I don't usually read self-help books. I typically turn to sci-fi and fantasy as a way to escape reality, which helps me manage my anxiety. However, as I get older, I've come to realize that almost everyone around me, including myself, struggles with anxiety. I believe this book has the potential to help many people, and I commend the author for writing it and making an effort to support individuals like me.

The amount of information you shared in this review about the book's content already sounds very helpful. Anxiety and stress spare no one nowadays. Not a single person can say that they are stress-free or they never experienced anxiety in their lives. As you mentioned, that complicated terms are explained and the book uses simple language, I think this book will be very helpful for every one of us.
