Thank you for the recommendation. A lot of us are anxious about the future. Reading this book is not a bad idea. It is well-orgainzed and brilliantly researched book. The author takes the time to explain any technical terms. But I don't think I'm interested in reading this book now. Thank you for your insightful review.

I have read similar books and it seems as if this is a must read. Self help books like these are very crucial and I respect the author for displaying her own struggles and utilizing them as examples.

I've previously heard of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from a couple of other books I've read. You Got This by Linda Bjork sounds like the perfect motivational book to help with anxiety.

Self-help books can be lifesavers when properly implemented and easily demonstrated. I commend the author for using simple language and making sure all the terminology is thoroughly explained. Thanks for the recommendation.

What catches my attention the most is that it doesn't just stop at "feeling" anxiety, but it also explains what's happening in your body. Like when it tells you that stress activates the sympathetic nervous system and everything that entails. Sometimes just feeling anxiety is overwhelming, but understanding what's going on inside you can make you feel more in control.

Thank you for your review. Understanding mental health is so important. Even if the reader seeks the help of a mental health professional, they can easily be misdiagnosed because the doctor does not have all the information. information is key to assure that a patient can get the help they need in a timely manner.

The pressures of modern life push several to live superficially, which eventually leads to an imbalance as one is unable to cope. The fear and stress arising thereby impact in so many ways. This review ensures that the delicate subject is handled with care and practical suggestions by the author. The 3 examples in the sampling were relatable. Thank you for a detailed review.
