Hi! I am a reviewer with the club. I contacted some support team members for help, and it was just waste of time! I need to now say that this support team is not helpful at all! And I am just waiting here for some help.

While the support team often does seem to have issues with comprehending problems and it's frustrating that there are multiple people who respond who don't seem to be able to see your previous messages, being rude to them in that way and not complying with what they are asking means they aren't likely to help you. In your last emails, you asked them not to reply. I don't think they can help you unless you do send that video so they can see what the issue is.

You need to provide what they ask or they can't help you. And I suggest stop being rude. You catch a lot more flies with honey instead of vinegar. If they ask you to provide something and ask for clarification then simply provide it and answer their questions. My suggestion would be to provide the video with all explanation and hopefully they will understand what the issue is and can better help you. You aren't getting anywhere with it now right?
