I don't have one but I am seriously considering buying one as I am missing some of the dishes my mother normally cooks on it.

I use a pressure cooker often, at least once a week, for pressuring peas, or meat. I use a non-electric one that I have had for over 10 years and it is still going strong. Apart from my blender, which I use every day, that is one appliance that I am so glad I own.

It's very convenient to use a pressure cooker particularly if you are pressed for time. I usually use it to make stews, soups and make barbecue out of a pork loin.
