She always sought attention and wanted to please people. she ended up meeting a narcissist who acted like he cared about her which resulted in her being mentally and physically abused and Matthew also manipulated her. Shelley takes readers on a long ride through the years of abuse. Shelley explained the causes and factors that effect mental health issues like personality disorders and narcissism. Mental health needs to be treated when people are young so that they can be helped before the issues get too hard to handle.
