"Choose to Soar" by Annie Meehan is a remarkable journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Meehan's vulnerability and courage in sharing her personal story, coupled with practical insights and the STORMS framework, make this book a valuable resource for anyone seeking to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

Definitely not my cup of tea, because I never believed it was possible to prepare for life's storms. Thinking about navigation paths ahead is somewhat of a self-fulfilled prophecy in my opinion, so I prefer to rely on instincts and think on my feet as need be. But thanks for the book and congrats with BOTD, anyway!

After reading this review, I long to read the full book. Very impacting and life-transforming. The author did a good job in packing this write-up for the mental and psychological well-being of individuals who are facing obstacles and challenges. Congrats on the book of the day and a well-written review.

Reading this book will teach us a lot about storms and I would love to know the different categories of storms discussed by the author and this book would really be enlightening.

Hi @patricia MGBEMENA, I just read your comments on the official review of “Choose to Soar” by Annie Meehan and I feel you could have added much more to your comments so that the administrative review team could see that you read the official review and the sample, i.e. This is a well-written book about how storms can shape the people they become. This book discusses how one navigates the disruptions (storms) they might encounter during their lives. The book is split into three parts with the first part posing questions about the meaning of storms and the storms a reader has lived through. The 2nd chapter reviews the different kinds of storms and the 3rd chapter helps readers create Storm First Aid Kits. The author has lived through several storms and the book describes how she weathered the storms and how she succeeded. There are many nuggets of wisdom found within this book. @Mrlefty0706
