I teach English as a second language, and almost every day I am in contact with people who make mistakes when they speak. I applaud and appreciate their efforts. I speak Russian, but not perfectly all the time (it is my second language), so I am not unsympathetic.
But I think that when someone chooses to write and publish a book in English, he should take reasonable steps to ensure that the language is used "properly"; that is, that grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors are eliminated (unless they are intended for stylistic reasons). Being a good author is one thing, being a good editor is quite another skill set.

Thanks! I don't read a lot in this genre, but in general this is well written. It's a page-turner - all 16 pages of 'em - so you should enjoy it.
