Dave's construction journey sounds exciting and adventurous. I will follow his life story to get a complete experience of working at the construction industry. I would also want to know the wonderful experiences he enjoyed and how he coped with the bad days at work.

This book sounds interesting. I am curious with what kind of adventures Dave got himself into. The part that intrigues me is when historical events are mentioned in this book, this make this book a must-read. Thanks for the review.

What I like about memoirs is their power to teach us so much about life through everyday life events--I'd be so looking forward to taking away as much as I could from David's memoir.

Dave experienced many things but also faced horrible times in the construction industry. There is the message: life is a mix of everything, and the important thing is how you deal with it.

Thank you for your review. I read the sample. It was interesting to read about the author's life: his career and living in the United Kingdom. I liked reading about his friends: Tex, Dutch, and Doc, who are Americans in the Coast Guard. Congrats for the #BOTD.

This book is a memoir of Dave's life in the United Kingdom. I read the sample and the author talked about meeting the Americans. I am not into memoirs so, I'll skip this book. Thanks for the review. Congrats on the BOTD!

𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 sounds interesting, as a mother of boys that are interested in some kind of apprenticeship. I think it will be a great read. Thanks for the review.

A humorous story that tells the evolution of Dave, where he had to go through many things, including memorable moments and others not so much. A very detailed reading about the construction industry, very well done. Thanks #BOTD

For a career in the construction industry, Dave sure had an eventful life. Unfortunately, I don't read nonfiction, so I probably won't be the best audience to fully appreciate 𝘈𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘰𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘨𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴, 𝘜𝘕𝘚𝘛 & 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉.𝘗. 𝘖𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘉𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴 (1978) by Dave Husband.

Thank you for your great review. I'm glad you enjoyed it and it was edited so well. I also liked the author's style of writing. I generally like memoirs, so after reading your review, I decided to add it to my list of books to read. Perhaps, along with the humor, I'll learn more about construction.

At first I thought it's not something that I would read. However, after reading the sample and the review, I'm adding this to my TBR list. It's sounds full if interesting events and moments, and I'm curious to see how Dave dealt with it all. Thanks for a detailed review. Congrats on BOTD.
