I would say the cover of the book. The illustrations looked like they were moving into something dangerous ahead. That made me read the book.

The book cover and review sparked my interest with its themes of resilience, selfless leadership, and overcoming adversity, making it a compelling read that I believe would offer valuable life lessons.

The book's title captured my attention right from the beginning. I was not expecting an interesting and insightful story full of adventure, mischief, agony, and more. I was thinking why the title ' Dumb' Orphans? Then I found all the answers on its pages.

I was profusely angry at the title and wanted to know why orphans were tagged as dumb. That was it for me.

Quite honestly the title made me more than a little curious about this particular book. I knew there would be more to it than just the superficial meaning. I have downloaded the book and will be adding it to my bookshelf. Seeing as it is a book of the month I'm sure it will be a compelling read. I will be sure not to read any reviews or summaries though so as not to give myself any preconceived ideas regarding the book.

This is a typical example of curiosity made me read it. I was intrigued by the book cover at first then unsettled by the book title, then I became curious to know if there may be more to the book title. Then I became more curious to know what happened, lol.
