You are getting very close. But not paper mache, something usually flatter.
Nowadays, it can be made digitally, while paper mache can't.
A collage maybe ? :eusa-think:
Yes!
The word means "to glue" in French.
It was invented by Pablo Picasso (a Spaniard), which I didn't know until I looked up facts about collages.
:congratualtions-smiley:  :happy-cheerleaderkid:
Your turn.
Maria, I love that your riddles are so educational.

Another winner !!! .... :o .... :D

Thank you Diana and Marie. :romance-grouphug:

NEW RIDDLE:

1) While once very useful, and visible everywhere, I am now, depending on where you live, all but obsolete.

2) I could be very stylish and decorative or very commonplace and simply functional.

3) Some people collect me.

What am I ?

It is not a fountain pen, but that was an excellent answer.

Oh, thank you! I'm a bit of a collector of fun (and sometimes useless) facts.

A chandelier?
Another good guess, but unfortunately not a chandelier.

HINT: Many people are glad I am gone.

I just knew someone was going to say that, but no, it isn't a phone.

Not photos. Sorry.

Another Hint: I was a lesser-member conspirator in an activity which could kill people.
(I am personifying the thing in this hint. It is not a biological entity.)
